If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away.
