The first floor has a well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and tv. You will find a double bed and a single sofa bed and bathroom. The second floor has a double bedroom which opens out to a covered private terrace with its own kitchenette well equipped with all you would need to prepare and enjoy your meals. You could enjoy the amazing landscape looking at the sea and the amazing countryside. There is also a small en-suite (toilet and sink) service bathroom. The minimum rental for this property is 7 nights, but this can change depending on the season you plan on staying.The accomodation has a friendly neighborhood, and the Civezza has interesting places to visit. You have a private parking 100 mt away from the accommodation. Check in time is from 10 am to 8 pm and check out time is not later then 10 am . The price are inclusive of elecricitty, gas, water, and WIFI. Gas from central heating (when needed) is to be paid separately.
