Decorated in soft colors to create a calming atmosphere, the villa features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed, and one with two bunk beds), and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, cot, and high chair.



    Outside, you will find a large terrace with plenty of space to unwind. There is also a barbecue for guests to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The location is ideal—just two minutes from the famous Calan Brut beach, a natural pool with crystal-clear water, and five minutes’ walk from Calan Blanes. The neighborhood offers a lively shopping area with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, and a water park for children. The picturesque town of Ciutadella de Menorca is just 10 minutes away by car (3 km), and the island’s airport can be reached in 45 minutes by road (50 km).
