### Apartamentos LAS GOLONDRINAS - RISSAGA

With 4,500m2 of community gardens and green areas, as well as a large swimming pool with separate areas for children and adults, in a residential environment of great tranquility and relaxation.  
The house has been completely renovated in 2021, with a pleasant design and all the necessary services. It has a large garden in front of the house with hammocks, and a fully furnished outdoor terrace.  
The house is made up of a room with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and another room with 2 single beds and also a built-in wardrobe.  
The house is delivered with a set of sheets per bed, and a set of towels per person. If you want a change of sheets and towels, contact us.  
In the kitchen you will find the necessary kitchenware and utensils for cooking, as well as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, and small appliances such as a juicer, toaster, water heater, iron and board for your clothes, etc. a patio, where you will find a clothesline and cleaning utensils.  
The house has air conditioning and heating, and is very quiet and intimate because it is far from the rest of the neighbors, as well as safe, since access to the urbanization is private with a key or security code.  
At the two entrances of the urbanization you will find enough public parking for your vehicle.  
The house has high-speed Wi-Fi with its own router not shared with third parties, with a signal throughout the house and outdoors.
