After having a delicious dinner under an open air palapa, we were taken to see the Jaguar and puma being fed at night. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying at Selva Teenek if you are in the area. The staff were mostly trainees and didn’t really have service etiquette and communication was a problem. We had a terrible time with the food even though they did a good job in accommodating for a special diet in our group. Even getting hot water in our shower was never solved.
