The fridge was not functioning correctly. It made everything warm, our water and food. Very disappointing. We thought the fridge would have complimentary beverages and unfortunately it was empty.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was amazingly professional and helpful, cleanliness was noticed in every corner and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely recommend the stay. Especial thanks to Don Alvaro who is the hotel assigned driver that helped us so much.

Breakfast was very good and extraordinary. They have everything in the buffet. Transportation always available and secured. Security was in a very high attention you know we're in Bogota. A lot of restaurants behind the hotel. Just take the elevator and you are in. Highly Recommended.

The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected ...
