Mirtillo - the one apartment which is separate from the main villa. Truly spacious and cool living. A sun-soaked terrace, that through double doors opens into an open plan living/dining room with a fully equipped galley kitchen to the left. Under a stone archway into the original stone lamia, which now houses the twin-bedded room, and through a further arch into the delightful double bedroom, housed in the renovated trullo. Completed by a large, modern, family bathroom this really is a glorious apartment. The property is set amongst olive, fig and other fruit trees and has a lovely big kidney shaped swimming pool, \*CLOSED UNTIL 15 MAY\*, next to which is a magnificent gazebo, a barbeque and a full sized tennis court. There is direct access to the pool, however, if safety is required the gates to the terrace can be shut.
