"The place was exactly what we were looking for. love the furnishings and had everything we needed for an extended stay in the city. Good WiFi, TV, and kitchen appliances. Check in was at 3 PM and the check in process went super smoothly. Couldn't think of much else we could have asked for!"

"The staff and service was great. This property is only decent if you’re on a budget. The room was awful, tons of holes in the walls and very not well made furniture and whatnot. Also, the worst part is the how pungent it was with the smell of cigarettes. We tried to air out the room with the windows and AC but it stunk the whole time we spent there. The only upside was how friendly and nice the staff are and how easy check in was even after hours. The neighborhood is bad if you don’t have a car but also cop cars were around and it wasn’t near anything accessible. Only good if you’re looking for a place to sleep and not stay in. The floors were also obviously not swept or cleaned as there was dirt and other miscellaneous items on it (such as a used contact lens). The furniture was unkempt and torn up. Again, only bright side was cost and staff, everything else was not great."

"We really loved this cute little property! It was the perfect size for us and was tucked away in the back with a nice flower garden view. Check-in was easy thanks to great communication from the Hosts. We walked to Sloan’s Lake and ate at Edgewater Market. The condo was a good location between Red Rocks and Clear Creek tubing through Golden, CO. Would stay here again!"

There was a busy street right nearby that made a lot of noise. That didn't bother me - I sleep through noise just fine - but I mention it because there are some that might be bothered and would want to know in advance. "
