It is exceptionally clean and tucked away on a quiet street. The backyard has a spacious deck and faces a wooded area that is full of all kinds of birds to watch and listen to. It’s within easy walking distance to downtown Loveland as well. The house is well-appointed with dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances. It did provide us with an extra room and no charge. Location was good, downtown area to eat and walk the trail is great as we had our dog with us. House was as pictured.
