Professional Management | Team Drew LLC Full access to the unit! Over the Rhine, or OTR as it\`s known by locals, is a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Bustling with the city\`s hottest bars, restaurants, and retail, visitors to this vibrant neighborhood are able to experience the best of Cincinnati, all within a few blocks. Be sure to check out a few of Cincinnati\`s top local breweries, and snack your way through Findlay Market, one of America\`s oldest outdoor markets. When you\`ve had your fill, be sure to take in Washington Park, and enjoy the stunning facade of Music Hall. With new businesses opening at every turn, there\`s always something new to see in Over the Rhine! Parking is available on-street or in a local garage. On-Street: There are several nearby locations that allow for overnight parking, but please be mindful of signage. Vine Street is normally a good option. \*\*Do NOT park on Republic Street as it is all permit parking and the city will ticket. Garage: There are two parking garages within walking distance. \-Mercer Parking Garage -located at 5 Mercer Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. \-Washington Street Parking Garage located at 1310 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202\. If you plan on parking your car for your stay, we recommend Uber or Lyft! We are a very short walk to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops! PLEASE NOTE: Your that the number of people in the at any time MUST match the number people on the reservation. General Notes- Parties or Events are prohibited in the building. Should you notice any issues, please reach out to the host! \*\*Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.\*\* Parking - Parking is all on street. There are several locations that allow for parking overnight but just be mindful of the signage. Republic St is all permit parking and the city will ticket. I only stayed one night here for the Music festival. The only things were going up the stairs and parking. My partner and I are in good shape. However, a person would not want to go up 3 flights of stairs if they have health issues. I would recommend the lower units if you require this. The stairs can be a challenge. The parking was a challenge but the host left great directions and messages explaining the places to park and the building instructions. The parking was about a mile away by the park. It was convenient once the parking was found. There is also the free rail system that can get you around town which was also great. The place had a kitchen, bath and separate bedroom. It was very clean. Coffee and water was provided. There were complaints about noise but I had no issues with hearing noise. It may be due to upper or lower levels. It was a quiet and comfortable sleep. I would stay ere again if I was back in the area. ##### Darrell K. I will say at night the alleyway is lit very brightly so you can see. Also, you should be aware there are a lot of steps and it is a spiral staircase. The jungle unit was stunning decor-wise and had all the things for a temporary stay! They even had cold water in the fridge! Very clean I will say the only downfall is that I had someone come into the unit I was staying in - yes- someone else who rented another unit had my PIN code to my door - I reached out directly to the owner and was told there was no way this happened because they use single-use codes -the owner pulled the camera and confirmed he saw the other party at the door attempting to unlock - he told me it didn’t work - but it did I was face to face with another person who was renting the unit above me - we were both confused and was taken away from that we had the same code for different doors! I would just be aware of this - there needs to be more precaution when it comes to these pin codes for these doors because no one should feel unsafe, no matter if it was an accident or not about someone opening a rental property that they reached out through a trusted app, and be gaslit when reaching out about it, the place is beautiful, but just be aware of this ##### MyKale W.
