If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $200 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. Lovely restored property! The only glitch was at check-in. When I arrived, the door keypad battery was dead and we had to wait for someone to come and assess the situation and change batteries. It had so much character and it accommodated our large group very comfortably. We all loved it and it made our stay in Cincinnati memorable and fun. The walking distance to the free trolley was a huge plus! The owner was responsive and super helpful. They even door dashed us toilet paper when we were running low. Great house and great customer service. And did I remember to mention how cool this place was? Definitely stay here! ##### Jami P.
