Cool vibe with the brick walls but also had an underlying smell of mold that would could not figure out where it was coming from. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Apartment is in an area of the city that is within a few blocks of lots of homeless and crime. Just like any city you need to be on high alert and pay attention to your surroundings. Parking garage is a block away and easy in and out. Relatively quiet area at night. I would not recommend this for anyone who cannot easily walk up 3 flights of stairs. Had difficulty providing information to the owner because they kept asking for ID to be uploaded to VRBO inbox but that’s not permitted by VRBO. They also asked for the agreement that was signed days before they asked. Had to keep asking for clarification of where to send my ID photo.
