Our reason for visiting was two-fold - UC Homecoming and Cincinnati tourism. Both goals were met. The availabily of numbered, off street parking was a huge plus - especially over the Homecoming weekend. The room was comfortable and as advertised. HVAC worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and brought us AAA batteries when the TV remote would not work. The only minor issue was detail cleanliness - the floors, window sills, ledges need a good deep cleaning. Recommended - especially for events at UC! ##### Charles M. Parking space provided, but can be tight if you have a Tahoe or Suburban type vehicle. This is our second time staying at this location. Owner was great & easy to contact..
