It was converted into 3 adjoining condos each completely separated with their own front door. The property is ideally set up to accommodate a wedding party. There are 3 units. The bridal party stayed in the two upstairs units and my wife and I had the downstairs unit. Our family rented out the owners other properties (Cincy Historic Gem next door and Renovated Victorian all owned by Preston Oglesbee). It gave families privacy and at the same time had the big third floor unit where we could have our big family gathering times. The Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We visited many areas in Cincinnati and also Dayton and it seemed like an easy place to get to anywhere. Great location. Great house. Great property manager. We honestly could not have expected anything more or anything better with this experience. The house layout is perfect for those who want to get her together, or who need a bit of privacy with the 3 units across each of the well thought out levels. Also, conveniently located for fun in the city, and close to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter attractions.
