"Good experience overall, however we were there for 4 nights, and our room was never cleaned. The policy is to clean it every 2nd or 3rd day, and we requested they not clean it until the 4th day. Never showed even after calling the front desk to request cleaning. We had to call a second time to request fresh towels and coffee pods, and the young woman who brought them to us had a very cocky, bad attitude. All other things considered, the hotel was fine. "

"Shower floor was so slippery that we had to hang onto shower door handle, several bedside outlets didn’t work, which were needed for CPAP, and the light switch at the entrance to our room didn’t turn on lights, forcing us to walk around in the dark until we found other switches.
