Uncomfortable beds

The beds were super uncomfortable, the attached waterpark was over crowded and the staff was just there. No one was enforcing rules, nothing. Big kids shoving toddlers and little kids out of the way for the toddler slides. And the toddler pool was freezing. Definately will not be back.

Okay Hotel

Room door was coming off hinges and showered head sprayed everywhere. Bed is very firm. Pretty clean though.

What could have been good turned ugly.

The hotel staff isn't the friendliest. The hotel seems to be maintained well inside, the hallway outside the room was a too hot and uncomfortable, the room was pretty nice. The room was in good condition, updated, clean, but the temperature wouldn't drop down lower than 70. We asked for extra towels and were told they were low on towels and couldn't give us any. To top it off, come after the stay I saw on my credit card account that I got charged for a no-show for a reservation I never made. The staff couldn't help me about the billing charge, was told to call back for a manager. I'm having trouble getting a hold of a manager. It just keeps going into voicemail.

Over all good...person setting up for breakfast had a very rude personality and also sprayed cleaner while we were finishing getting our food. Room very clean, beds were not the greatest for comfort but served the purpose for a one night stay. Front desk staff were great!! Very friendly and helful!!

Disappointing

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Location is fine and that's why we chose the hotel.
Hotel staff not friendly and very unhelpful. Breakfast was a joke. Restaurant closed.

We brought in a new restaurant manager in early October, so the onsite restaurant has re-opened with an expanded, improved menu (including the free breakfast). Never again

I booked with hotel because my son loves the water and they have a indoor water park attached to the hotel. But when we got there it wasn't open. Their was nothing listed on the site about it being closed either. In additional to being mislead, the first room we were given was barely clean, the second room the gave us was better but their was hair still in the bathtub. They came and cleaned it out but it left me feeling un-easy. The hallways smelled bad. It's out dated. And most importantly if your looking for just a good night sleep, you won't get it here! The pillow weren't worthy to even call themselves pillows and the beds are so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. I woke up with a crook in my neck, stiff legs and a bad headache

Easy access on way

Pros: Coffee in the room. Continental breakfast?
Cons: Tissues and hand towels.Great location.
Location: We were traveling through so did not spend time doing things.
It was very comfortable but was missing tissues. This is a basic for the room. Also, there were no hand towels. Only 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels.

Great Stay

Thank you Blake, Shateria (i spelled that wrong I'm sure) the over night staff are the bomb. They made my stay the best ever. Lynn was also very nice.
