We stayed here because it is connected to the waterpark and didn't want to transport the kids too much in the cold weather. I'm sure this was probably a nice place in the early 90s, but it looks like they haven't done much since then. The sheets and bedding felt like what you would get in a $29 motel. Front desk rarely answered the phone, they were out of do not disturb hangers, lobby wasn't heated, and the breakfast was pretty lackluster in a depressing room with bad lighting. I do have to point out a few good things: the service was pleasant and the restaurant food was not bad (just not the free breakfast).

Terrible experience. Do not stay here.

The management of this place is horrible. Their communication is even worse, the employees will say one thing and then the manager will say another. Breakfast was non-non-existent and got a million in one excuses as to why it was so awful. I have nothing nice to say about this place. Also be warned if you want to rent any of their party buses or limousines! They will get you in there without any type of contract and tell you it's one price and then you return to them wanting to charge you $500. Do not stay at this hotel. It is not worth the trouble.

Uncomfortable beds

The beds were super uncomfortable, the attached waterpark was over crowded and the staff was just there. No one was enforcing rules, nothing. Big kids shoving toddlers and little kids out of the way for the toddler slides. And the toddler pool was freezing. Definately will not be back.

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I WILL NOT GO BACK. THE ROOM WAS SMALL. THE FURNITURE WAS WARPED. THE BREAKFAST WAS COLD. AND WHEN I WANTED TO HEAT IT UP THE MICROWAVE WAS FILTY. I WANTED NEW TOWELS TO TAKE A SHOWER IN THE MORNING. THEIR TOWEL POLICY IS THAT YOU TURN IN THE TOWELS YOU HAVE AND YOU WILL GET REPLACEMENT TOWELS. SO I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK...THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SLEEP. I STOOD THERE FOR AT LEAST A MINUTE JUST LOOKING AT HER SHAKING MY HEAD. THERE WAS A BELL SO I RANG IT. SHE WAS SLOW IN WAKING UP. I HAD MY DIRTY TOWELS WANTING TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR NEW ONES. SHE SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 8:30. THAT'S WHEN HOUSE KEEPING COMES IN. I TOLD HER I WANT TO SHOWER NOW AND MY FAMILY WILL BE UP BEFORE 8 WANTING TO GET IN THE SHOWER. SO I HAD TO USE THE DIRTY TOWELS.......EVERY HOTEL I HAVE STAYED ALSWAYS HAD 24 HOURS SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. THE ROOMS ARE NOT WORTH WHAT THEY CHARGE

Reserved a room with a double bed and got a room that had a single queen and resembled a hospital room. Not what I was expecting as the last time I had stayed I had exactly what I had made reservations for. Which was the same price and description but a much larger room and had 2 beds.

It was a fine place to stay, rooms were clean enough, though beds were pretty uncomfortable and I'm not picky. Hot breakfast was ok, but lacking basic condaments and no one around to assist. Breakfast last day, they had some young kid there handing out one sausage patty to each person, making sure no one took any more than that...pretty pathetic if you ask me. Pool was ok, no hot tub. We tried the water park the first day (was not included with our room), and found it lacking. Hot tub there was no warmer than the lazy river pool, not much for the older kids to do, seems to be geared to younger ones. No towels at water park unless you want to rent them, no towels at hotel pool and a pretty threatening towel policy in room. I guess for the low price you have to make do with the towels they provide. I was satisfied with the stay for the money, but this place does not stand out in my mind for somewhere to return next time I'm in the area.

Okay Hotel

Room door was coming off hinges and showered head sprayed everywhere. Bed is very firm. Pretty clean though.

What could have been good turned ugly.

The hotel staff isn't the friendliest. The hotel seems to be maintained well inside, the hallway outside the room was a too hot and uncomfortable, the room was pretty nice. The room was in good condition, updated, clean, but the temperature wouldn't drop down lower than 70. We asked for extra towels and were told they were low on towels and couldn't give us any. To top it off, come after the stay I saw on my credit card account that I got charged for a no-show for a reservation I never made. The staff couldn't help me about the billing charge, was told to call back for a manager. I'm having trouble getting a hold of a manager. It just keeps going into voicemail.

Over all good...person setting up for breakfast had a very rude personality and also sprayed cleaner while we were finishing getting our food. Room very clean, beds were not the greatest for comfort but served the purpose for a one night stay. Front desk staff were great!! Very friendly and helful!!
