Great Stay

Thank you Blake, Shateria (i spelled that wrong I'm sure) the over night staff are the bomb. They made my stay the best ever. Lynn was also very nice.

Nice hotel

Walls are a little thin. I could definitely hear others in their rooms!! But it was still a nice clean hotel.

Very unhappy

There is a long list of things that I was not happy with! First being the outdoor pool was closed (main reason I booked this hotel) there were no signs posted nor did they let us know before we checked in we found out by other guests. Access to the evelvator was in the very back of the build which is very inconvienent it was nowhere close to the lobby. The room had a terrible view and the thermostat did not work. The floor we were on smelt like mold/mildew and was uncomfortably hot and muggy our room smelt and felt the same. We had no access to Wifi as advertised. Also for breakfast all they had was cereal and we got there around 7:30-8. Upon check out we let the staff know how our stay was and they did nothing didn't try to make it right nor did they even applogize. I will NEVER visit this hotel or anyone afilliated with it again!!!

Needs serious renovation and updates

Upon checking in 3 hrs after scheduled checkin time my room that was given to me was still occupied. The second room that I was given had crust and stains on the sheets, the smoke detector was covered with paper towel, there were small bugs flying around the room, the headboards were dusty and the carpet was not vacuumed. The outdoor pool was inoperable and the indoor pool had a pungent order to the water. The last room I was given was the "Presidential suite". It was super dusty and the one housekeeper for the ENTIRE hotel did not clean my room and we had been gone until 11:30 pm. NEVER AGAIN! Didn't take photos, but please don't take your family here. The staff was nice, but the hotel sucks!

The front lobby was very nice. The check in, was easy and quick. Staff was polite and friendly. There is a 4 min walk to the elevator, booo! Grab a luggage trolley! The elevators seem to be original to the building, worn, many scratches and scrapes and dirty! Got to the room, it had not been cleaned, only the beds made. There were bugs in the refrigerator, macaroni on the floor, small rubber bands in several places, including the beds. The bathroom was awful; the tub had a dirt ring around the tub, there was hair everywhere and the toilet was not clean. We called down, the person apologized, got someone up right away and we switched rooms, the second did not have a frig, we were told not all rooms have them, but they were on order. Huh OK? After a few hours, the room never cooled off, this weekend it was over 85 each day. We called down a couple hours later, were told to give it overnight, we had to leave for our show, we returned late that night, still not cool. The next morning we called again, maintenance came and said it was broken. We packed up and were moved again, AGAIN to a room that was not clean; housekeeping came up and cleaned while we waited and while we moved our things. Nothing but apologies, the staff was nice, their product is deplorable. Ice machines only worked on 3 of floors in the whole hotel. They should NOT be renting these rooms to anyone!!! The hotel refused to refund any monies or provide a receipt -3rd party booking. Take your money elsewhere!!

Decent hotel with clean rooms

We got a good deal through Expedia for this hotel. We stayed back in May 2015 so things may have changed since then. The exterior is in major need of renovations. The parking lot has many potholes, landscaping is overgrown, etc. The lobby has been redone and seems to be a work in progress, as the whole hotel seemed to be. I could tell that this used to be a very nice hotel that had seen rough times, and then through new ownership they were in the process of making necessary repairs. The room itself was very nice, modern, and clean. That aspect I would highly recommend. At the time, the hotel seemed like they were only having guests on a couple floors as I'm assuming the rest were being rehabbed, so it gave off the feeling of this huge hotel that was mostly empty. Clean, but empty. I'd recommend at the right price and I hope they can rehab the hotel completely and make it a nice one.

A hotel that once was, but now is not. Maintenance and upkeep of this hotel was far below expectations. It is unfortunate as it appeared to have been nice in the past but simply is not being maintained.

The Worst

Location: Location fine
No wash cloths (after talking with manager 3 times), Reservations wrong, Room not cleaned after asking three times to manager, Staff lied to me when I first asked to see manager, said he had gone home and I had just seen him a few minutes earlier, Desk staff incompetent, On second day could not get into room after breakfast. When asking at desk, they had checked us out, yet we had another day to stay. Manager tried to apologize but his staff was making him look like a fool by not cleaning the room and all of the above complaints that we had. This hotel is in trouble.

3rd time not a charm.

Had to be moved 2 times because of dirty rooms. The third room had a bad a/c and a filthy hand towel... staff was very accommodating; the hotel wasn't!
