It was clean and nicely set up. I did have a hard time to get the keys out of the lock box(like Realtors use) as it was sticking & eventually a man helped me. The units, however, are not displayed on the walls when you exit the elevators which had us searching which direction our unit was. It would have been very "handy" as well, if there were luggage carts available to help us bring our things as we had to make 5 or more trips.. We saw through our living room window that there was a large pool & deck area but it was still the cold season, so we couldn't use it. We definitely would recommend it & stay there again despite the little "hiccups" we had at the beginning.
