A charming home is perfect for families. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, shops and Bee’s Bbq. The home was clean and comfortable. The parking area in the back of the house could be secured by a gate. Great value and affordable. Love the front porch area.
My friends and I loved staying at this charming little home. We felt very safe in the area. There’s even a lovely coffee and breakfast place basically right next door. We drove in to downtown Cincinnati but this place would have been great even if you didn’t do that. There was a dive bar within walking distance, and many parks very close by. The beds were super soft and it was so nice to have parking in the driveway. We would stay here again.
This place was absolutely charming! My daughter chose it for her bridal party to get ready, as it was conveniently just 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We stayed the night before, which allowed us to start the wedding day early with hair, makeup, and a relaxing breakfast with mimosas on the front porch. After the wedding, she and her husband stayed the night as well.
Highly recommend this beautiful and cozy space!
We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for Spring Break. The house was just as described. Great location, in a safe neighborhood. We never felt unsafe during our trip. The house was well kept, very clean. Communication was great and they even came to replace batteries in the keyless entry on one door, even though we still had the option of using the other door. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay there if we’re back in the area!
We found the property to be very central. We were about 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do and see.
The property needs a bit of repairs like broken blinds. I also suggest some curtains in the master bedroom and the others so as to reduce the effect of bright lights shining into the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.
Communication was great. The owner came right over to change the batteries in the door lock and also granted us a later check out on request. The house is very clean and charming. It is located smack dab in the middle of a business district, but we felt safe. I would recommend a sleep mask for the street lights shining in the windows. I had one and slept like a baby thanks also to the cozy ceiling fan,
We needed a place for our family to stay for a week during a home renovation and found this gem for our family of 5. The house was clean with such historic charm, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. I loved the location right next to a cute coffee shop Madison Place and then walkable to historic Mariemont for great restaurants! Plus easy/ driveable to Madeira, Indian Hill, or Kenwood area which we needed for school/sports. The listing was exactly like the house experience. The owner was super flexible as we changed dates multiple times in order to map up to our home renovation. I was very thankful!
Would highly recommend!
The home was very neat, clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed, from bed linens, dishes, pots and pans, extra towels and blankets to toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and detergents. The location was great with lots to do within walking distance in the adorable village of Mariemont. It’s also conveniently located near surrounding greater Cincinnati area attractions. The only drawback we noticed was that there was limited counter space in the kitchen, the living room furniture was not the most comfortable, and there was a LOT of light coming in through the windows all night long from street lights and neighboring businesses which stay lit up at night. We recommend that the owners invest in some blackout curtains for the three upstairs bedrooms. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and the communication with hosts was perfectly adequate.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience for me. It is an old house sitting amongst commercial property. There is an old service station next-door that I don’t think was even in operation. The rooms were very exposed, and I was staying by myself so I found somewhere else to stay. I had booked 7 nights and didn’t stay tat the home at all. I requested a partial refund but was declined. I tried again to get even just 2 of the 7 nights refunded but was declined again. They did refund the cleaning fee since the place was untouched.
The downstairs is open, clean and filled with original features. The upstairs has two small bedrooms, one larger bedroom and full bath. The house has charm and squeaky floors throughout. The price was fair, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Surprisingly quiet, very close to coffee shop and Mariemont Square ,Graters Ice cream shop and movie theater, all nice. Parking was funky in the back but secure, no backyard, close to US50, great for families, even my daughter liked it!
Overall stay was wonderful! Might want to consider blackout curtains in the bedrooms due to surrounding businesses lights, they shine into windows all night. Otherwise it was wonderful
