Rather than squeezing everyone into one home, your group can enjoy 3 independent spaces while remaining just a door or floor away from one another. It's an excellent setup for extended families, couples traveling together, wedding groups, sports weekends, or friends visiting Newport and Cincinnati.



Located in Newport's lively dining and entertainment district, Monmouth Lofts puts you close to some of the area's most popular attractions while giving everyone comfortable spaces to recharge between adventures.



The apartments are located above 927 Reserve Bourbon & Cocktail Bar, putting drinks and nightlife just downstairs.

Monmouth Loft 1 blends historic character with exposed brick and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The living room offers comfortable sofa seating and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and snacks during your stay. Amenities include standard appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dining essentials, and a high-top table for 2.

GUEST ACCESS

• Guests have private access to Monmouth Loft 1, Monmouth Loft 3, and Monmouth Loft 4 for the duration of the reservation.

• The building's hallways and laundry area are shared common spaces.

• All 3 lofts are walk-up apartments located on the second and third floors. Stairs are required to access the units, and there is no elevator.

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles behind the building. Street parking may also be available.

• Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available behind the building, and street parking may also be available.

• Your Monmouth Lofts reservation includes 3 separate apartments in the same building, not one connected residence.

• The lofts are located on the second and third floors and require stairs. There is no elevator.

• Communal laundry is available in the common hallway area outside the apartments.

• Monmouth Loft 1 is cooled by window air-conditioning units. Monmouth Lofts 3 and 4 have central air conditioning.

• The apartments are located above 927 Reserve Bourbon & Cocktail Bar in an active dining and entertainment district. Guests may experience surrounding activity or noise, particularly during evenings and weekends.

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles behind the building. Street parking may also be available.



FEES

• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and approval and may incur an additional fee, depending on the number of additional hours requested.

• Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day before departure.



SECURITY CAMERAS

The building is equipped with 3 security cameras located in shared/common areas and the parking area. The cameras monitor the building's common hallways and parking lot for security purposes. There are no cameras inside any of the private loft apartments.
