Perfect getaway in Cincy with friends
Our annual reunion for ladies 50+ was wonderful staying here. We all had our own beds and the location was right where we wanted to be. So close to Rookwood, Oakley, Hyde Park square and getting to the river for our tiki boat cruise and dinner was simple. Our GIANT Yukon even made it to the diary right spot in the back for parking. We opted to street park mostly. The host was so responsive and handled everything we needed!

Spacious, Clean, Conveniently located
We went for a family funeral. We could walk to many restaurants because it was very conveniently located. The unit was clean, had enough towels and was very spacious. Each couple got to stay in their own room with a King or Queen bed. We had beers one night on the balcony:). Oh and the beds were quite comfortable and the air conditioner kept it cool during a very warm time of year. The Washer and Dryers were very handy to have.

Unique older property in need of new carpeting in bedrooms and stairs. Overall the house was clean and was a good space for our larger group. Enjoyed the outdoor patio. Good value for price.

Wonderful location and property! Our family got together for a college graduation and the house was perfect. Plenty of beds and plenty of bedrooms!! Well equipped kitchen and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for my daughter's low-key bachelorette weekend. Four bedrooms so plenty of room. Clean and spacious venue. Bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy uber ride ten minutes to downtown. Host was awesome. Definitely recommend staying here!

Very happy Costa Rican family!
This was my first time using Vrbo and I was absolutely pleased with our experience. Very easy check-in and check-out, accurate description of the rental, quiet neighborhood and very close to stores and restaurants. Working and communicating with Nathan was great and I was very impressed with his level of customer service. He was able to accommodate few things in order for my family to be more comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend Nathan and wouldn’t doubt to rent this place if we ever come back to Cincinnati. Thank you very much!
