We were down for our daughters graduation at the University of Cincinnati. The location was perfect. Close to the University, close to a ton of places to eat. To top it off, being able to park in the driveway was a huge bonus. The place was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The host made the house available to us early, saving us from walking around with bags for hours. At checkout, same graciousness was given in a late checkout. The house was clean, well maintained, and very spacious. It was about 20-25 minutes from CVG airport. The area had many amenities including a short walk or Lime Scooter ride to the University of Cincinnati, Short Vine (bars and restaurants), and about a 10-15 minute drive or rideshare to Great American Ball Park. Rideshares were readily available and we rarely had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. Overall, the house was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore the city, and would definitely stay again in future trips to Cincy! ##### John W. Perfect meeting place to catch up with friends. Marie was wonderfully responsive. Property is exactly as pictured. Too many amenities and special touches to list. My sister works at the hospital. We needed a quiet getaway to break up the monotony of our routine lives. She visited with me 3 nights and stayed for one those in order to sleep. This was the perfect, quiet spot, surprisingly, in spite of peaceful protests, Covid 19, and rioting. I was able to enjoy sitting on the balcony in the late afternoons and evenings. The rehab of this property was nicely done. I had not recognized it from years past! (My retired Opthalmalogists' building sits across the street.) The neighborhood is very walkable. My sister could have walked to work if, she'd wanted. Miss Marie was very attentive to any questions that arose. We would be very inclined to rent this property again and I want to rent one more night but, it was no longer available. The only thing that could be considered a negative to some, might be the ants. They were no bother to me. I kept to myself and they kept to themselves. Also, there seemed to beeping coming from the Dining room closet. I was told that it was from the vacuums. It was a little annoying but, I was there to rest and relax and stayed upstairs and on the balcony most of the time anyway, so, no biggie.
