"I booked the stay last minute and didn’t have a chance to look into the location, amenities or the rooms themselves. There was a damp smell throughout the hotel that made me think there was mold somewhere. I am an architect and it felt like if I focused my attention on anything specific I was going to find that what I was focusing on was broken; not working properly, crooked, etc. The towels were tiny, the tv was tiny and didn’t seem to work, the bedside tables looked salvaged, the ceilings were extremely low, the sheets were not comfortable, the key card for my door barely worked and I had to attempt to open the door about 15 times before it would work (and I’m not exaggerating). I would never stay there again."
