You will be charged for maintenance, repairs and additional cleaning fees should you leave the premises in a lesser condition. • Smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the home or on the premises. • If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we have the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest, per day of the reservation. • This is a pet friendly home, however, we require a $100 per pet fee per every 30 days of your reservation. All pets must be leashed and controlled when outside the home and access only the yard of the home. A clean yard must be maintained at all times. Plenty of parking, and great access to the surrounding area. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. Our stay was comfortable and the host is very responsive.The walls are a little thin, so light sleepers will probably want a noise machine to help with sleep. There is also a security light on the driveway that doesn’t like storms (turns on a lot from wind) so something to keep in mind if sensitive to light.Highly recommend this home as a great option for the area. ##### Alison S.
