Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am. 4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am. 5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms. 6) No parking or driving on the grass 7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this) 8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation.
