This condo is on the top (3rd) floor with great views & lots of sun! Our stylish condo is walking distance to all the best restaurants & bars downtown. For sports lovers, it's a 5 min walk to TQL soccer stadium 1 mile to Paycor Stadium, Reds Great American Ballpark 5 min drive to UC Hospital Free parking pass included at Washington Park garage 1 block away! Must be okay with walking up multiple flights of stairs to the 3rd floor! Top floor condo in a super quiet section of the building with no street noise! (and no one above you) 1 parking pass at Washington Park garage is complimentary with the stay! you'll get free parking the entire time (even during game days where parking is restricted) and it's only 1 block from the condo. Park your car and walk around. The Cincinnati Bell connector is free and will take you to Paul Brown Stadium if you don't want to walk. Must be okay with walking up multiple flights of stairs to the 3rd floor! Other Notes: For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us. The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out. Trash is in a locked room that is accessed through outside the building. It is around the corner through the side door of the building facing the alley. The key on the coffee table will unlock the door. Laundry is inside the closet next to the entry door. The location was great - plenty of restaurants to choose from, and Taft's Brewery. Everything about the property was as described. The location was perfect - close to food and drink but on a quiet street in a secure building. The condo was cozy and modern, while hanging on to some of the vintage architectural features like exposed brick walls that honor the city’s history. Huge windows that let in a ton of light and neutral colors throughout created a calm and happy vibe. It’s a 5th floor walk-up, so the stairs are no joke.
