Proximity to all the things we needed was fabulous. The home is older and has lots of unique characteristics. Property manager gave clear instructions on checkin/checkout. Would have liked to see some books, games, and other personal touches to make it a WOW property. Saying that everything was as advertised! Beds were comfy and sheets super soft! The neighborhood is very walkable but you stray just a mile the neighborhood isn’t the best. Not a ton of hang out space but we weren’t spending much time in the unit so that didn’t matter. Unit was very clean but window sills, door frames, and blinds were dusty with some cobwebs. Overall great place for XU visitors! ##### Liz V.
