Please bring lint rollers if you have a shedding pet. Stains on carpets, furniture, or linens: $89 per item or the replacement cost, whichever is greater. Smoking Indoors: A flat fee of $300 applies to any indoor smoking violations. Lost or Unreturned Keys & Parking Pass: A re-keying fee of $70 will be charged for each unreturned key or parking pass Excessive Cleaning: Units left excessively dirty or disorganized will incur a $200 minimum fee or the actual cost of deep cleaning. Stays longer than 14 days will include a $120 deep cleaning fee, billed via Airbnb’s resolution center. Security-Related Fees: Any costs incurred from security, fire department, or police involvement due to your actions will be billed to you, with a minimum fee of $150\.
