This home comes with a large, fenced in backyard, and a gated patio leading out to it. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and includes a mix of hardwood flooring and carpeting. In the living room, you'll find a cozy fireplace (fireplace guards included) right in front of the sitting area. There is also a small sitting area right on the back porch for warm nights outside! One of the best things about this home is its quiet location. Newly remodeled in 2022\. The home is nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The space is relaxing and comfortable. It is the kind of space that is easy to make your home. There are HD flat screen tv's in every room and blazing fast internet. The space is very usable for a small group or family. Guests have entire and private access to the home- It's your home! Suburb of Cincinnati. Located off of a county road. Nice private piece of land. will need cars, uber and lyft is available! Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks! • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. We were there for 6 months and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Our pets were welcome.
