Nestled only a mile from Kings Island, and along the bike trail and Little Miami River. Located next to Cartridge Brewing Company. Property has an exercise room, connected to 78 miles of walking paths, beach access to river, shared outdoor fire pit, and so much more! This is a loft and has an industrial feel. Great place for a stay-cation. BEDROOM #1 Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut. The Queen bed is memory foam and there is a ROKU TV. BATHROOM #1 Located in the entrance hallway, this bathroom features a full-length mirror and a tub/shower combination. KITCHEN Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four bar stools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island. LIVING ROOM, the kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone! This was a great place to stay and my kids loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick and easy breakfasts and snacks. The area was quiet and we had no issue with noise. Ww had a hiccup at checkin, through no fault of the rental company, and they worked quickly and efficiently to make sure our trip got back on track after a long day of travel! This is not correct and has not be updated even after property manager said it was a mistake. Property manager did bring in one blow up bed, but not the same as as two full beds.
