The location of the property is great! There were a variety of stores, restaurants, parks, etc. within walking distance (as near as across the street). It was also a very short and easy drive to downtown. The building, amenities, and people were nice and as described. The amenities in the apartment did not fully match what was listed. Specifically, there was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, no additional rolls, and no iron in the apartment. The coffee and coffee maker were really nice. There was a used bar of soap on the shower floor. (eww) I notified the host about the toilet paper, soap, and iron and stressed I really needed the iron. I was informed that they would share my feedback with their cleaning service. I received an iron the next day- around 3- 4 p.m.- which was about 24 hours after check-in of my 3-day stay. We purchased our own toilet paper. Other than the 1/2 roll, more was never provided. I recommend bringing a shower caddy. There was no shelf, stand, or any place to put shower items other than on the floor while in the shower. Large pantry space, plenty of closet space, no drawers. Parking was easy. There was a surface lot across the street, in addition to covered parking within the block. We paid about 30 for a 3-day pass at the surface parking lot.
