"Two out of six elevators were working at checkout. Waited on elevator for 45 minutes and ended up walking down 15 fights of stairs to leave. Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service."

"Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees."

"The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!"

"The fresh made omelets were awesome, staff was great at the bar and at check in. However, this property is gross, it smells like mildew in the rooms. The rooms are a great size and comfortable but they need to be redone or cleaned or something to help with the smells. The pool is very small for such a large hotel. The views are great. They didn’t have enough staff in the kitchen for breakfast to keep up with the amount of people eating so there wasn’t much left out when we got down for breakfast around 9:30am. There is only 1 ramp in the lobby to get to the elevators and that was narrow and inconvenient for lugging up your luggage. This hotel has great potential but needs renovations badly. "

"Loved this hotel. Giant suite with kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Big complimentary breakfast with waffle maker (my favorite breakfast). Many elevators, so no wait. Best of all, friendly, welcoming staff."

"We had such a wonderful stay during our Flying Pig Marathon weekend in Cincinnati! Our room was incredibly spacious, and being able to get connected rooms made our girls’ running trip even more fun and convenient. One of our favorite little touches was the bananas in the lobby before our Saturday and Sunday runs — such a thoughtful bonus for runners heading out early! The coffee shop was amazing and quickly became part of our morning routine. Most importantly, the staff at both the coffee shop and front desk were absolutely exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special during a very busy race weekend. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again for another race weekend!"
