"Had an issue with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were extremely rude when directed by management to rectify, but the management and reception staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make the situation right. Cannot complement them enough and gives me confidence that similar issues will not arise in the future. Breakfast was great and property overall was well-maintained."

"The location while central in the city was good the actual building not so much. It was a number of apartments within a commercial space. The concierge barely spoke a good day or good evening to us and certainly wasn’t helpful in answering questions. The fridge in our room did not work and after informing and being told they would go the next day nothing happened Ed so we had no way of keeping water cold. No fridge on the common area as a back up. The valet service for our car was pleasant helpful and always punctual. Answered our texts immediately."

"The hotel is amazing by itself bedsides it being walking distance to everywhere located just in the heart of Palermo . The atrium is gorgeous , we found ourselves gathering there after a day in the town . It was very relaxing with music and you do bof feel crowded as it has so many nooks and places to seat families together . The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with all amenities being provided . The A/C. Works very well too"

"We were welcomed on arrival and staff were friendly. Breakfast was continental buffet and adequate for our needs. Served 7.30-10 and on our second morning whilst nearly finishing our breakfast at 10 to 10 staff pointed to the sign which made us feel we shouldn’t be there. The room was adequate, two twin beds, air conditioning and bathroom. The bathroom was sort of clean but the shower cubicle tiles and sealant was mouldy. The plastic water cup was filthy and obviously not been checked or cleaned in a while. There was a small high window that you had to stand on to open. Overall the hotel which was adequate for sleeping, it’s location was quiet and close to tourist areas and felt really safe."

"This is a good all inclusive hotel. The food was good and service by food and bar staff were excellent. Reception weren’t overly helpful during stay. This was my first all inclusive and I have nothing to compare it to, but I can compare to hotels in general and I’d say it’s great for families, food and sunshine."
