Love the pool

Air conditioner works well. Close to one of the best beaches ever. The pool is crystal clear.

Peaceful mountaintop retreat

We had a stress-free 3 day retreat at Laura's splendid house which has a large porch and stunning panoramic view on the valley and the mountains beyond.There is a path from the property to the lake below for those interested in meditation or fishing. The only challange is finding the place. You must use Google map to bring you to the entrance of the unmarked road leading to the Monastery Santa Clara. The property is at the hilltop approximately 1km up that small narrow and tortuous road.

Beautiful property!

If you wanted a secluded and beautiful property this is your place! Waking up overlooking the lake and mountains was breathtaking! Laura was a great host while she was there (she went out of town while we were there), we didn't mind she was gone, other than to get updates on the water issue. There were times we periodically went without water. I'm not sure if this is common for the area or not. Never had any power outages as some of the island does experience. The layout of the property is gorgeous. "Grandpa's house" is a must visit while there. Do note that the bathroom and kitchen is disconnected from living and sleeping quarters. We didn't mind and though, it was a neat experience. We would stay here again if exploring the mountains. Thank you again Laura!

Peace and connection with God

It’s difficult to find the words to describe this amazing place. The days fishing at the lake, enjoying nature with the family, connecting with God, and having the most amazing time was part of this amazing stay. Laura is a great host and always there when needed. I will definitely be back. Thank you Laura!
