Ground floor studio with terrace in quiet residence with non-private parking, 150m from the beach, all shops 200m, 10min walk from the center of St Jean de Luz and the SNCF train station. Fully equipped: Wifi, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, TV, DVD, oven, Microwave, nesprsso fridge / freezer. 2 beds of 90 in mezzanine and a bed of 140 (wardrobe bed) in the living room. The rental from July to August is 500 € 00 a week and from September to June 350 € 00 a week. Animals are not allowed.

Emplacement parfait
Studio rénové avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Nous avons passé un superbe week-end. Plage au bout de la rue et le centre de Saint Jean de Luz à 20 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Tres belle semaine
Petit appartement très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut . Un mezzanine avec deux lits 1 personne pour 2 enfants. Au bord de la rivière et en face d'un parc. Calme . Plage, supérette, arrêt de bus juste a coté. A 20 mn a pied de la gare et halte routière de St jean de Luz. Nickel ...!! Et peut être que je reviendrais ..!! Sais t'on jamais ...!
