"Practical accommodation if you are on your way from Northern Italy to Rome or beyond (10 minutes from the motorway exit). Quiet small place, however no possibility for dining at the location itself. Very easy access to rooms. Room number 7 has a small rooftop terrace which has beautiful views."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la chaleur de Juin dans cette région. L'accès se fait par un petit chemin de terre donc nous sommes vraiment coupés du monde"On a bien profité de la piscine avec nos enfants. Attention car elle n'est pas du tout sécurisée donc il faut vraiment etre très vigilants si vos enfants ne savent pas nager. Belle table extérieure, barbecue tout neuf ! très sympa.Les chambres sont très agréables mais celles du dessus mériteraient d'etre équipées d'une clim car le toit en tuile et la pierre rendent les températures vraiment peu supportables à l'étage. Il y a des ventilateurs mais la plupart d'entre eux sont bruyants. La maison n'est pas très bien isolée. Merci pour ce séjour ! À bientot,"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in Toscana a fine maggio con un gruppo di amici e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è molto ampia, curata e pulita, ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax e convivialità in compagnia.La posizione è meravigliosa: il silenzio che circonda la proprietà permette di staccare completamente dalla routine, mentre la vista sulle colline toscane è semplicemente stupenda. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la presenza della piscina, che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Unico piccolo suggerimento: si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia del filtro della piscina per renderla ancora più perfetta.Le cucine sono complete e ben attrezzate, con tutto il necessario per gruppi numerosi. Un ringraziamento particolare a Simone per la sua grande disponibilità, accoglienza e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Nel complesso, una struttura davvero bellissima, che consigliamo senza esitazione a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e una vera esperienza nella campagna toscana. Speriamo di tornare presto!"

"As we drove up to this property our family of 7 were in awe. Once the gate opened we were taken away by the beautiful property and the views. Our family wanted a week in Tuscany to truly experience Italy country side and this place was the answer. The house is beautifully decorated, I felt each place I looked was a treasure to look at. We were able to cook and stay in and also reach some popular sites with in an hour or less. Hope we can come again in the future. Nothing!"
