The room/suite was very spacious, clean, and had a small fridge/mini-bar as well as an electric tea kettle. "Check-in was scheduled at 3 PM, but we never received the promised email instructions. Only an unhelpful message.
By 7 PM, we had to contact Expedia after already messaging the property the day before, as we still hadn’t received any check-in details.
The property did not provide a contact number or explain that check-in instructions required guests to contact the host via WhatsApp before arrival. Only after Expedia intervened did the host explain this process and request ID submission, which...

"Struttura bellissima, di grande effetto. Camera molto ampia e bagno nuovo con doppia doccia. Arredi da boutique hotel. Personale molto gentile.
L'unica criticità è data dall'ubicazione in zona centrale, ma molto rumorosa fino a tarda notte. Infatti vengono forniti dei tappi per risolvere il problema. Forse la sostituzione degli infissi risolverebbe il problema alla radice.
