"Me and my husband stayed in room 1 for 1 night and we were blown away by the great standard of La Vieja Botica. The room was excellent, loved the interior. The bed and the linen was luxurious as well as the towels. The host was so sweet and helpful in every way. We would very much recommend this place and would like to come again.

"Great value for money, we were very pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a family size room from a normal double. It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, and very close to the shops. There is a busy road out the front so maybe a back room will be quieter. All in all we would stay there again. "

"Amazing views, gorgeous property, fantastic pool and snacks and drinks available. Tom is a wonderful host, attentive and available at all times and offering everything you could need. Be prepared for the steep hillside of the area! It is possible to walk down to the beach and into town, but it is very very steep and not for elderly or anyone with physical limitations. Can be slow to get a cab or Uber in later evening. I would not call this a negative, just something to know. The property is so beautiful with lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view throughout. The pool is large and well designed and kept clean and cool and was so enjoyable. Tom keeps snacks stocked and a fridge full of beverages (alcoholic and non) that you can ‘purchase’ for a very low price in the honor system. There is also a friendly parrot and a sweet little kitty to welcome you! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone! "
"I really love this place. It is like a comfortable home. Room 4 is especially great because of the view it has. Marcella is fantastic and helpful. It's nice to have the little breakfast area with microwave, plates, and everything (plus the coffee and tea and the food items you can purchase on the honor system)."

"Had the most incredible stay at Cabana De Piedra! I stayed recently with my friends for our 30th birthday celebration. It was so perfect. The villa is in the most incredible remote location in the mountains. The views are spectacular and so dreamy! The villa was perfect for a big group, had everything we needed and was spotless.
The owner, Miguel, was Very friendly and helped our taxis get to the villa, as well as the chef we had arranged.
The villa is remote so you need to bear that in mind when booking anything or if you’re planning on leaving the villa. We stayed at the villa the entire weekend so it wasn’t an issue for us. Taxis managed to get there too, with a bit of guidance.
