"Decía que tenía incluído el desayuno... fue una sorpresa para la gente del hotel... luego de discutir accedieron a darlo, pero solo en una franja horaria de 45'. La reserva era por dos noches en una habitación gama media (matrimonial con cama king), me daban una gama baja y luego una media, sin reembolso alguno ni pedido de disculpas. conclusión: no es un mal lugar (además está bien ubicado), pero ni la descripción ni las fotos de la reserva se condicen con el Hotel y lo que incluye."

"Enjoyed a weekend in Guayaquil. Staff is attentive and genuinely helpful. The hotel is an older property but well-maintained — good price point for the area and what it offers. Breakfast was good. Solid choice for a quiet, relaxed stay in a central location"

"The cleaning service was amazing. Next time it would be nice to have a few more towels but it was a good experience over all. The ramp is also very hard to get into because it’s extremely steep. Having someone there to help drive the car up would be ideal."
