"The staff was cery helpful! We were booked for a room on the 4th floor, but I am disabled and we had a ton of luggage and the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, so we were able to be moved to a room on the 1st floor. Nothing fancy but was very clean and the ac worked well. We were only there for a few hours due to late arrival at airport, but we slept well. Great for budget conscious travelers that just needs a place to sleep! Also had my service dog with me and had no issues."

"The room, it's just perfectly fine. If you're not OCD. It's not perfect, but for the price. It's absolutely amazing. The people are super helpful. They're nicer than orteverde, it's a really nice place to stay. They have a gorgeous pool. Unfortunately, it's been under maintenance, but hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to enjoy it. Overall, it's just a little old, but it's fabulous. I love it. The people make it amazing! The only issue I had was that the tub wasn't scrubbed, and the minute I ask the gentleman downstairs, he took care of it. I do highly recommend, is it? The paint might be chipping on ends that you shouldn't be looking at. But as overall, it's so worth the price. At great view, wonderful ambiance and again, the people are just so amazing"
