Stunning views, calm and peaceful. Our hosts (the owners), Julia and Spiros were delightful. They live at the property but are independent of all areas that are part of the rental. The house and pool were spotless. Amazing terraces with fantastic views out to sea. The surrounding area was not crowded or touristy but with plenty of places to eat excellent fish and great food. Julia and Spiros use the company Your Rentals to market their property and we were far from impressed with their communication. YourRentals are listed as the hosts at the time of booking (through Vrbo). They took payment for our booking. However they did not reply to emails or messages as we tried to confirm check in details and directions (amongst other errors on their part). It caused us quite some anxiety trying to communicate with them. We were initially confused as the marketing also states that the owners are not always at the property whereas they actually are. It made no difference to us as they are so discrete. It should be noted that the property has a very steep spiral staircase to the 2 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, and might prove difficult for someone with limited mobility or those staying with young children owing to the height. The (excellent) washing machine is located in the upstairs bathroom. I will award 5 stars for the actual owners / hosts but most definitely not YourRentals."
