Lovely spacious room, with 2 balconies - with mosquito net sliding doors, and also a mosquito net on bathroom window, so we didn't need to use the 'plug-in tablets'. Kitchenware was a bit haphazard (eg. several glasses of different sizes but only one large one for beer!), but having a breadboard was a bonus. Would have liked to have a bottle of water provided in the fridge for our first night, but the big supermarket was only a couple of minutes walk, and sells water very cheaply.
Area is very quiet, despite not being far from the airport, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. Note that the nearby swimming pool is really close by but is 'open to all' - there is no special arrangement for Yiannis apartment guests (it's the usual deal that you need to buy something to drink/eat there, otherwise the charge is E5 each). There is also another pool which is 'open to all' only a few minutes walk away so we spent time at both, and due to the time of the year, neither was too busy. Also not far to walk to bars and tavernas, or to the port and main bus stop.
Only real downside was that we had booked a 'seaview room' but our room was on the ground floor and the trees have grown, so we couldn't see the sea (but it's not far to walk - and the sunset from the beach is amazing!).
Michael kindly took us to the airport and also we were able to check out a little later than usual, and that was appreciated.
We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great view and AC with a comfy bed. Love the kitchenette with frig and freezer, but the water is salty. Do not use it for making coffee or ice. Even in the shower it was salty.
