"This place is not cleaned properly. We found cockroaches. It all worn out and needs immediate renovations and upgrade. They didnt make the room for 2 consecutive days even though the sign was clearly placed at the door. Zero customer service and duty of care. This place is more like a motel and very far off from a 4 star hotel as it is classified by the portal. This is clearly misleading and deceptive. Serious concerns and complaints are being raised to address these matters as explained."
