Like there was no seal around the window I could hear people talking quietly on the balcony. Room key repeatedly stopped working at inconvenient times. I made requests for towels and house keeping, and did not receive either until a day later, after another request. When I finally got housekeeping, I returned to my room at the end of a long day away to find that the housekeeper had not fully closed the door- I left my valuables in the room- that thankfully did not get stolen, but very well could’ve which would have devastated me and seriously impacted my life. All of this drastically took away from my brief vacation. This was the worst motel/hotel stay I’ve ever had. Last time I stayed at a motel 6, my windshield got smashed in the parking lot overnight.
