"The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'."

"Amazing amazing amazing. So convenient, location to pay for the shuttle to bring you back after floating is directly across from the condo then you can get on at the beginning of the Comal river from the condo. After floating, we realize that this is a treat as we were not stepping out of a place to stay to start the float half way through. Big plus! The condo had everything we needed and more. Plenty of parking and the pool was nice, again also has the private entrance to the river. The building is definitely older but everything else out weighed that. The condo was very clean and had so many items you need for cooking, floating, and relaxing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Personally, I would not put more than four adults in this condo. Outside of the convenience, the real star of the show are the owners. Debbie went over and beyond to help us have a great experience. I’ve never experienced an owner who cares so much through any of my rentals with Vrbo or other sites. Thanks Debbie for everything!!!!"
"Hotel has everything River access, tubes and paddle board, volleyball, fire pits, pickleball/tennis. Clubhouse with bar and games. Enjoyable stay close to everything. Rooms are older and dated but it’s River front. "
