"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting a reduced rate. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again if I was back in the area."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom — completely unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t even stay the night. I had to leave immediately. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a refund because more than an hour had passed since check-in, even though I had only stepped out briefly to get food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else"

"The room was okay. Reasonably clean. Check in took a long time due to front desk clerks poor English skills . We had to have our room key reprogrammed daily because it stopped working. Compared to other similar properties the breakfast was poor. The toaster and microwave kept tripping the circuit breakers. Needs improvement. "

"Easy parking and close to 95. Big rooms, but on my last day no water for over an hour in the morning. I also was expected to pay for enhanced WiFi for each device I used - this is unlike any other hotel in the world that I have stayed at. Normally it is priced per room with up to 3 devices, not this place!"

"Grotesque dirtiness all over the room. Oily fingerprints on the headboard from whomever was sleeping/copulating in the bed. Stains on couch, brown stains all over other furniture that look like wiped off poop - I got videos of EVERYTHING! Bed sheets looked like they were already slept on wrinkled and dirty. And on top of it someone from the hotel walked into the room twice even though a DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging on the door. Tacky attitude ridden staff on top of that - and lots of property damage through out the corridors/elevator. Good location but otherwise JUST GROSS!"

"The home is in an older neighborhood, but is well kept for its age and use. We had some slight confusion upon check-in, but the owner immediately called me and we got it figured out. They are so helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated the full manual of info on the area with things to do, places to eat, etc. They have really thought about the details and go a step above a lot of other rentals I've used.The pool was clean and warm (thank you!), and the home is well-appointed for both humans and pets alike! I loved being able to utilize the garage, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for everything we needed. I had concerns when we initially drove into the neighborhood, just thinking it may not be as quiet as I had anticipated, especially during spring break. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the area is, and how easy it was to access so many restaurants, beach, and water taxis to Peanut Island. Super easy to get in and out of the area!The house has so much space, we absolutely could have had another family with us there, but I chose it so that we could bring our pets and have a pool. It worked perfectly for our needs!We had so few critiques, related to typical wear and tear that happens in rentals. I would recommend this place and stay again in the future!"
