Hi Andrew Thanks for the review. We have two large clean towels and toiletries in your wardrobe. We noticed you never used them. It may be you never opened the wardrobe. You could have made us aware and we would have pointed this out. Otherwise, we are however happy that you had a bargain and a great experience.

Hi Stephen Our reviews had always been exceptional in regards to our rooms, environment, and the overall experience we provide to our guest. You seemed particularly unhappy with the delay in your check-in as you thought you already paid for your room booking through hotels.com. We called and sent you messages before your check-in that your booking payment did not come through hotels.com but you did not get back to us. We confirmed this with you on arrival. We had to then take time to take your card payment at the Guest House. You seemed quite unhappy with the delay this caused. There really is nothing much we could have done differently I am afraid.
