Good good

The room is clean every day, staff is very friendly always willing to help, thanks to Lydia and Lily who is always there to help. Breakfast is good and have good choices

Very coinvent for all the major attractions. All of them within easy walking distance. Lots of options for dining nearby, and shopping if that is what you're looking for. Easy access to local metro, so it was very handy to get to other places if desired. Would highly recommend if you are in Chongqing for the first time. Super helpful and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Staff were great. Good was excellent.

Such great customer service no request was denied and the facilities are amazing

Quite a way from the train station, but very close to local shops. Recommend a taxi to the metro station and the tuk tuk back to the hotel! We had a high floor level room with good views - especially when there was a spectacular thunderstorm. Staff very helpful and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful when needed. They even helped me pre-order a birthday cake for my partner. Fantastic experience!
