A fantsatic hotel conveniently located at the heart of the pedestrian area and close to Hong Ya Dong as well as the river cruise docks. You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into the building, and the result is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location is perfect—conveniently close to many attractions. I walked to visit Hong Ya Dong and enjoyed some amazing hot pot nearby. There's also a shopping mall nearby, adding even more convenience. With so many things to do in the area, this hotel is definitely the best choice for anyone visiting. Besides, my daughter was feeling unwell during the trip. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and Manager Mr Wang helped us to arrange for doctor visit. We would like to thank every staff in the hotel. The price is steeper than most hotels in the Chongqing city . However, the service level provided exceeded the price. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly located, offering stunning views of the river and city. A special mention goes to Eric Lin at the front desk. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience. Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice.
