Villa Xavier is everything you could ask for. Gorgeous setting , amazing panoramic views of the Andaman ocean and very tasteful interior design. The staff were very attentive and took fantastic care of us, especially Win the manager ,he made everything effortless and made our stay the perfect holiday. See you next year! ##### Viveka E. We stayed in Villa Zereno last year which is just opposite to this villa with the same owner. It was a very satisfactory experience last year and thus we booked villa Zavier this year specially for the villa facilities especially bowling. To our disappointment, the bowling facilities was not function and the majority of the facilities in the villa is old. The villa manager told us that it was a brand new villa which was just renovated in June last year. The chair in the movie room were torn and even the sewage system in the bathing room was blocked. The staff requested us that two adjacent rooms should not be used at the same time. How ridiculous!!!! On the last day we left the villa, the villa manager request us to pay extra money for extra one person. However, we confirmed the total people stayed to the villa manager with total payment had been settled before going but they did not ask us the extra payment until last day we was leaving. We were very wonder to the payment as the villa manager was not going to give us the receipt of the extra payment until we request him to do so. Overall speaking, it was a very bad experience as compared with last year and I will never come to this villa again! ##### E C. The staff lead by manager Win provide excellent service and Win went out of his way to support the 16 of us staying at the villa. Lovery bedrooms with views, lots of facilities, nice pool, music system. All in all a great place to hang out with friends and family. I would recommend the villa for anyone planning a get together in Phuket. We had a great time and plan to go back again ##### Paul A. Best in class We just got back to India after a memorable holiday and stay at Villa Zavier.. The villa and its amenities are simply outstanding with no expense spared to give its guests a 7 star experience.. The pool was actually better than what it looks like in the pictures on the website and that applies to pretty much everything in the villa.. We had fun bowling as well. The staff and the whole team is very professional and incredibly efficient.. They went out of their way to make us comfortable during our stay. Their smiling and helpful attitude contributed significantly to our holiday experience.. Win, Amy., the chef and the chauffeur were simply remarkable but so were all the other staff members in their own way.. I cannot find anything to complain about the service no matter how hard i were to try.. Full marks to the whole team of Villa Zavier and thanks very much for giving us a wonderful holiday at Phuket. ##### Hari N. ---
