Best for Digital Nomad-1 BR Apt close to Surin Beach

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the North of Phuket. It's only 10 minutes walk to Surin beach where is one of the most beautiful spots on the island. We offer a resort stye condominium, you will enjoy with a rooftop swimming pool and gym.

Our apartment is fully furnished and it's spacious enough for 2 people. The size of the apartment is around 43 sq.m. There is a separate living room and bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A compact kitchen is ready for your use. We provide kitchenware and kitchen appliance, dining table, dining chair, sofa & TV in the living room and bedroom. The washing machine is on a balcony. There is wifi from the common area that can be used in the room.

CLEANING
You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1-time linen change. The schedule will provide upon arrival date. They have a key and will access the room following the schedule. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (1,350 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!

SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

BEACH EQUIPMENT
We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use

BED LINEN / TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 2 sets of bath towels and pool towels and they will be changed once a week of your stay 1-week minimum.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please do not leave garbage in front of the room. You can find a common garbage can near the security.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE
In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do pre-check with reception area if it’s happen only in your villa or the whole area.

***HOUSE RULE***

● Rental price includes: maid cleaning and linen change 1 time/week (minimum 7 nights stay)
● Rental price excluded: Electricity (6 THB/Kw). This extra charge will be collected by cash upon arrival.
● Smoking is not allowed within the home. Smoking is allowed in the yard/patio area as long as smoking materials are disposed of properly in the receptacles provided. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of some or all of the Deposit. Be mindful of others when smoking because passive smoking poses a health risk to others in the vicinity of the smoker.
● People other than those in the Guest party previously listed may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in or on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
● Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the property - inside or out.
● Towels and Linens should be left in the house. Bring beach towels if you will need towels off the premises.
● There is no European Standard system of canalization in Thailand. Do not throw paper or sanitary napkins in the toilet.
● Avoid disruptive behavior, including excessive noise and illegal activity. Evidence may forfeit deposit, including complaints from neighbors.
● Avoid making loud noise in common areas and within your unit, particularly after 10 p.m. Please remember that loud sounds from inside your unit will be heard by those in neighboring units.
● Do not hang clothes, towels, etc., on the balcony rails.
● Help keep common areas clean by not dropping litter, including cigarettes butts, in common areas. Place trash in the bins provided.
● Use water sparingly, it is a precious resource.
